I just feel a different perspective in terms of an all-time favorite based off of a further observation of this game. Well, if you do, then that’s fine with me. I know that some of you are already declaring that another MK game is better than Deception due to other reasons. I have to say that even though I haven’t actually got to play the game for myself, I dug deep down for research on this specific game to show me that Deception is possibly hands down one of the best MK games of all time. Now, in your mind, you are probably thinking ‘How was Deception able to topple over an enjoyable game like Deadly Alliance?’ Well, that is where we go to today in terms of my review of the game.Mortal Kombat: Deception. But, after the steady success of MK 4 & Deadly Alliance, what could possibly top those two great games of the 3D Era from the Mortal Kombat franchise? On October 4th, 2004, Mortal Kombat Deception would be released onto game shelves upon that release date to be met with much praise by fans of the series & possible new-coming fans to the MK Universe. Ever since Mortal Kombat I in 92-93, it has been one hell of a rollercoaster ride for the series with top hits like MK2 and “hilariously” bad games such as Special Forces & Mythologies. Since the early 90s, Ed Boon’s main goal was to make the most horrific yet terrific games in his own vision.
